
The Yoga House offers a safe environment for students to focus on Movement and Breath as well as a place for you to learn how to connect with your natural ability to balance strength, flexibility, and peace.
Currently we are offering the following styles of yoga from beginner to advanced: Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, and Pure Stress Relief Yoga. Check out our Class Descriptions for more details.
NEWS: We are excited to be partnering with Kindred Nutrition and The HOPE Consortium by offering beginners yoga classes to their community every Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
